Sales Advisors
Our Sales Advisors love fashion and love working with people. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. They are the future leaders of New Look, so we tap into their talent by encouraging them to choose the development programme that best suits their ambitions, then we support them every step of the way. Be ready to work hard, learn new things and have fun.
Supervisors
Supervisors are the first step of a store management career; they're the eyes and ears on the shop floor. Our Supervisors are full of enthusiasm, know how to motivate the sales team and are quick to identify any issues. They’ve had previous experience in retail management so they know how to drive and improve every aspect of the customer experience.
Store Management
Store Managers are strong leaders with a ‘can do’ attitude and work closely with Deputy Managers to keep New Look at the forefront of the high street. They are responsible for making key decisions that can drive the store’s performance and maximise sales, while playing a decisive role in managing and developing our colleagues.
Territory Leaders
Our Territory Leaders manage their region as if New Look was their own business. They coach our Store Managers and motivate our teams to deliver an amazing customer experience every day. Staying close to the heart of the business, they engage our Store Managers and solve problems by finding new ways of doing things. They are passionate about creating a market-leading retail experience and know how to drive performance while growing the best talent. Our Territory Leaders live and breath everything that New Look stands for.
Our support centres
Our Support Centre teams work collaboratively to bring our products to life, support our stores and online channels, and create the best possible experiences for our customers.

Our distribution centres
Our success as a brand depends on our Distribution Centres. They’re vital in keeping our stores well stocked and delivering fast and accurately orders to our online customers. That’s why New Look boasts two state-of-the-art centres based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire.
With over a million square foot capacity, they handle more than three million units per week and operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. So we are always on the lookout for team members who don’t mind tackling a big operation and enjoy doing things on a large scale.

Warehouse colleagues
Our warehouse colleagues are what make our distribution centres such a lively and team-focused place to work. If you are passionate about getting the job done, know how to keep a positive attitude and thrive working as part of a busy team, our in-house development programme is for you. Not only is it a great way to learn, you'll also have the opportunity to earn rewards and take your career further by specialising in an area of distribution such as incoming goods, loading or e-commerce.
Team leader
Do you know how to keep a team focused and energized? Supporting the shift manager, team leaders make sure that standards and targets are fulfilled. This requires great motivational skills and a natural ability to get the best out of the people you work with. Showing drive and resourcefulness will put you on track to one day becoming shift manager.
Shift manager
Do you have a natural knack for productivity and efficiency? Our shift managers lead the distribution teams, making sure their department runs smoothly, putting forward ideas to make things better and making sound business decisions. They ensure our stores and customers get the service they deserve. If you feel ready to manage a team of people and you think you could inspire them to work to their best ability, this is the role for you.
Engineering
In the Distribution Centre we rely on our multi -skilled Engineers who are able to work in a fast paced environment and who want to work somewhere where no day is the same. We provide reactive and proactive engineering support, ensuring that our product reaches our stores and customers in perfect condition and on time. We provide training on all the technical specifics we have installed on site. We are always looking for highly skilled upbeat engineers, with a can-do attitude, who are interested in a challenging role covering a multitude of disciplines.
