Human rights and environmental due diligence is embedded in New Look’s policies and management systems
We meet our statutory reporting obligations through our Annual Reporting where we identify the material issues we face in our value chain and outline how we prevent, mitigate and remedy these. We have standardised our sustainability data and made it comparable to satisfy the requirements of our numerous stakeholders.
New Look’s ESG Steering group was established during FY22 and creates clear accountability for senior leadership and the opportunity to directly influence our ESG targets and priorities. The ESG Steering group is now chaired by The Chief Operating Officer and includes a wide range of functional directors across the business.
