Distribution freight

Our aim is to work with our transportation and distribution partners to identify and prioritise opportunities for improving the environmental and social impact of transporting our products.

From an environmental perspective, we’ve made good progress in transitioning to lower-emission modes of transport, and will continue to shift from air to sea or road freight where we can.

In 2024, we joined forces with the International Trasport Workers’ Federation (ITF) to ensure that transport workers’ human and labour rights are protected in New Look’s supply chain. ITF have also been helping us to map the vessels used by our logistics providers to verify if they comply with ITF standards of working conditions and treatment of seafarers.
