How long does it take to hear about an application I have made?

One of our recruiters will be in touch within two weeks of the closing date of the role if not earlier.  If you haven’t heard from anyone after this time, then please email the Recruitment team with the details of the role you applied for.

What documents are needed for proof of Right to Work?

All candidates are required to provide proof of their Right to Work in the UK.  Please see the link for a list of documents that you can use:

Who do I notify if I am unable to attend my interview?
Please contact your recruiter who arranged your interview at your earliest convenience. 
Where are New Look offices located?

We have three support centres located in London, Weymouth and Lymedale:

London Office: 45 Mortimer Street, Westminster, London, W1W 8HJ

Weymouth Office: New Look House, Mercery Road, Weymouth, DT3 5HJ

Lymedale Office: Pit Head Close, Lymedale Business Park, Newcastle under Lyme,        ST5 9QG

What to wear to an interview?
We have a relaxed environment here at New Look so be yourself! 
Where do I go when I get to the office?
On arrival at any of our offices you will be greeted by our lovely reception team.  Please inform them of who is expecting you and for what role. 
What to expect in the interview?
The interview is an opportunity for you to find out about New Look as well as share with us why you are the right candidate for the role!  We are a friendly and relaxed bunch so bring your positive attitude and don't forget your Right to Work documents.
Are there any tests I need to complete?
This will depend on the role you are applying for, if there is a test or assessment we will inform you when arranging your interview so you can prepare.
Is there an age limit for joining New Look?
We do require that you are aged 18 and over to apply for our support centre roles and aged 16 and over to apply for our store roles.
What are the nearest tube stations for the London office?
The nearest tube stations are Oxford Circus or Goodge Street stations, approximately 5 to 7 minutes walk.
Is there parking available?
In both Lymedale and Weymouth we have a visitors carpark, please let reception know your vehicle registration and where you are parked.  There is no visitors parking at our London office.
