We continue to operate within our Ethical Aims, which clearly set out our standards for fair and safe working conditions, aligned to international standards: UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPS), the Sustainable Development Goals, the OECD Due Diligence for Responsible Business Conduct and the ETI Base Code. Everyone who is part of our value chain, working with us directly or indirectly, must adhere to our Ethical Aims. As a business we are continuing to transition from a compliance-led strategy to a Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) approach in line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights (UNGPs) and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct. This shift allows us to proactively address human rights risks with our key partners, monitor ongoing risks, and collaborate on remediation and solutions.
This strategy is outlined in our updated Modern Slavery Statement as well as our Sustainability Report and includes internal quarterly meetings to monitor progress and addresses modern slavery risks with a targeted focus on specific sectors.
