The Board of New Look (the “Company” or “New Look”) announces that Alistair McGeorge, Non-Executive Chairman, has informed the company that he intends to step down from the Board and leave New Look at the end of May 2014 to pursue other opportunities.
Tom Singh, founder of the company and current Executive Director, will become Interim Non-Executive Chairman until a permanent successor is appointed.
