The Board of New Look Retail Group Ltd (the "Company" or "New Look") announces that Alastair Miller, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Company that he intends to step down from the Board and leave New Look to concentrate on building a portfolio career.
Mr Miller, who has been at New Look since 2000, will continue to serve in his current role until a successor has been appointed and there has been an appropriate transition of responsibilities
Alistair McGeorge, Non-executive Chairman, said:
"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Alastair for his enormous contribution to New Look over the last 13 years. His commitment to the business has been exemplary and he will remain in his role until his eventual successor is identified to ensure that there is a smooth transition. He leaves with our very best wishes.”
